Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal services provided by Bibovfub ("Company"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided in accordance with German law and applicable regulations.

2. Scope of Services

Bibovfub provides specialized compliance, dispute management, and regulatory law services across Germany. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement letters or service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your case
• Pay invoices within 14 days of receipt
• Notify us promptly of changes affecting your matter
• Maintain confidentiality of legal advice received

4. Fees & Billing

Fees are agreed upon in writing before services commence. Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of defined milestones. Payment terms are net 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per annum plus statutory default interest.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bibovfub's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Confidentiality & Privilege

All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege under German law. We will not disclose confidential information without your written consent, except as required by law.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and German data protection law. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information. You have rights to access, rectify, and delete your data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, unpaid invoices remain due. We will return all client materials unless legal obligations require retention.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by German law and subject to the courts of Kiel, Germany. Arbitration may be mutually agreed upon.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions with 30 days' written notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of amendments.
