Most mandates are billed on an hourly basis, though we offer fixed-fee arrangements for clearly scoped matters such as contract reviews or compliance audits. Every engagement begins with a written cost estimate. You will not receive an unexpected invoice from us.

Yes. While our office is based in Kiel, we advise clients across Germany. Consultations can be conducted in person, by video conference, or by telephone. For on-site mandates in other cities, our team can travel as required.
